Measure every patient's satisfaction and get more Google reviews.
After every visit, Konabia sends a satisfaction survey and asks for a Google review. If someone wasn't happy, it alerts you so you can reach out and fix it.
Your reputation today
Happy patients stay quiet. Unhappy ones don't.
Reviews don't come on their own
You have delighted patients, but nobody asks them to say so on Google.
You find out too late
An unhappy patient doesn't tell you: they write it on Google or, worse, simply don't come back.
No data to improve
You suspect waiting times or prices bother people, but not how much or whom.

You fix it in time
Your team calls or messages them, and Konabia records whether they were won back.
Your NPS
One number to know how your patients see you.
NPS subtracts the percentage of detractors (0–6) from promoters (9–10). It runs from −100 to +100 and above 50 is considered excellent. Konabia calculates it every month and shows how it evolves.

What is NPS? +

When is the survey sent? +
After every visit, via WhatsApp or email, to patients with consent on that channel.
How is the Google review requested? +
