Tiers
The more they trust you, the more they earn.
Each tier returns a different percentage of the total of every service performed. Patients move up automatically by total spend, completed bookings or both.

Automatic referrals
Referred patients arrive with balance to spend.
Every card has its own QR code. When someone scans it, their own card is installed for free with a gift balance for their first visit. Once they complete that first appointment and pay part of it with their balance, whoever referred them earns balance too. All automatic.

At checkout you enter how much is taken from their card. They can pay part or all of it with their balance, and the card updates instantly on their phone.

Questions about the loyalty card
Does the patient need to download an app? +
No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, without installing any clinic app.
How does the patient get their card? +
They can activate it at the clinic by scanning a QR code, or install it from the link you send them via WhatsApp.
How do they earn balance? +
At every checkout, their tier's cashback percentage, calculated on the total of the service performed, is added to their card automatically and they receive a notification on their phone.
How do they pay with their balance? +
At checkout, you enter how much is deducted from their card. They can use part or all of their available balance.
Does the balance expire? +
Yes, 12 months after the card was last used.
Which tier do they start at? +
When they install the card, patients join the first tier (Client). If they were referred by another patient, they start as Referral.
How do they move up a tier? +
Automatically, when they reach the total spend, completed bookings or both, according to the rules you set for each step. They get an alert on their card.
How do referrals work? +
When someone scans the QR code on a patient's card, their own card is installed for free with a gift balance to visit the clinic. When that person completes their first appointment and uses their card balance to pay part of the service, the patient who referred them earns balance on their card. It's all automatic.
Can I customise the tiers and design? +
Yes. You can customise the tiers, their names, colours and images, the welcome balance, cashback percentages and upgrade rules.
Do session packages go on this card? +
No. Session packages have their own Wallet card, separate from the loyalty card.
Do notifications cost anything? +
No. Wallet card notifications have no messaging cost.
