Billed monthly, no minimum commitment. Prices exclude VAT (21% in Spain).
Costs less than 1 lip filler (1 ml hyaluronic acid). If a single patient repeats, you're ahead.
Konabia pays for itself if 1 patient of your 2,500 active patients repeats their treatment each month (0.04 %). Based on an average ticket of €250 (botulinum toxin, 1 area).

Pricing questions
What exactly is an active patient? +
A patient with at least one appointment in the last 24 months, or with whom a conversation was started in the last 6 months. Counted per unique patient. Your dormant historical database doesn't count, so you don't pay for contacts who no longer come in.
What happens if my clinic moves to another tier? +
We count your active patients every month. If you move up or down a tier, we let you know before billing and the price adjusts to your tier. Above 15,000 active patients, each block of 2,500 adds €50/mo.
What does the €200 setup include? +
It's a one-off payment. It covers connecting your WhatsApp number, migrating and cleaning up your patient database and their packages, message templates, your Wallet card design and training for your team.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number? +
No. Konabia is a Meta tech provider and connects the WhatsApp Business number your clinic already uses, so your patients keep messaging the same number. Your team can keep using the phone app.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost? +
WhatsApp messages are not included in the Konabia fee: the clinic pays Meta directly. You connect your WhatsApp Business account through your Meta Business (Facebook) account and Meta bills you for messages at its official rates, which depend on the message type and country. We add no markup. Wallet card notifications have no messaging cost.
Is there a limit on users or locations? +
No. Every plan includes unlimited users and locations, all integrations and all automations. Price only depends on your active patients.
What if it doesn't work for me? +

No. Billing is monthly and there is no lock-in contract: if one month you decide to stop, you stop, with no penalty. The setup is a one-off payment and is non-refundable.
