Card design
One card per package, in your clinic's colours.
Pick a palette or your own colours for the background, the image and the stamps. Changes apply to every card for that package, including the ones your patients already have.

Questions about session packages
Does the patient need the card on their phone? +
No. With a Wallet card they see their sessions and get alerts on their phone; without it, alerts arrive via WhatsApp and sessions are tracked in their profile.
When is the patient alerted? +
The number of days before each session that you set in the package. If they don't book in time, they're reminded, up to a maximum number of attempts.
How is a session deducted? +
In the treatment room, by scanning the QR code on their Wallet card: the session is deducted and the card updates on their phone instantly.
Do packages expire? +
If you want them to. In each package you set how many days until it expires, and the expiry date appears on the patient's card.
Can I see packages in the calendar? +
Yes. Each appointment that belongs to a package shows which session it is, for example 3/8.
Do packages go on the loyalty card? +
No. Each package has its own Wallet card, separate from the loyalty card with balance and tiers.
Do I have to create packages from scratch? +
No. Konabia comes with templates for common packages that you can switch on and adjust, and you can also create your own.
