Definitions

Terms and Conditions: These general terms and conditions of Codigoplus SL.

Konabia: Codigoplus SL, Paseo de Almería 37, 04001, Almería, Spain, Tax ID ESB04922381.

Konabia Software: A cloud-based booking and management platform for beauty centers, salons, clinics, and similar businesses, including appointment scheduling, staff management, customer communications, and related tools.

Client: A business or professional entity subscribing to the Services (B2B).

User: Any employee, collaborator, or authorized person acting on behalf of the Client.

Services: Access to and use of the Konabia Software and related support services.

Data: All data entered, stored, generated, or processed by the Client or Users within the Services.

Agreement: The contractual relationship between Konabia and the Client, consisting of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable order or subscription plan.

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable data protection laws.

Confidential Information: Any non-public business, technical, financial, or commercial information disclosed in connection with the Services.

Access Conditions

To use the Services, the Client must create an account and ensure that all Users comply with these Terms.

Login credentials are personal and must be kept confidential. The Client is responsible for all activity carried out under its account.

The Client must immediately notify Konabia of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Prohibited Use

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its security;
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • Use the Services in a way that infringes third-party rights.

In case of serious security risks, abuse, or legal violations, Konabia may temporarily suspend access to the Services to mitigate harm. Account termination will only occur if the issue is not resolved or in case of serious breach.

Services

These Terms apply to all subscriptions, trial accounts, demos, and paid plans.

Trial Period

Konabia may offer a free trial period. Unless otherwise stated, trial accounts are provided “as is” and may be limited or discontinued at any time.

Best Efforts

Konabia provides the Services on a best-efforts basis. No specific result is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payment & Refunds

Payment Processing

Payments for Konabia subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and/or Paddle (the “Payment Providers”). The applicable Payment Provider for your purchase will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Depending on the Payment Provider used, the Payment Provider may act as the Merchant of Record and be responsible for billing, tax calculation and collection (including VAT or similar taxes), and the issuance of invoices or receipts. In other cases, Codigoplus SL may act as the Merchant of Record.

By completing a purchase, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions of the applicable Payment Provider, in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), in advance, according to the selected plan. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and billing disputes will be handled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the policies of the Payment Provider used for the transaction.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Konabia Software belong to Konabia or its licensors.

The Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software during the term of the Agreement.

The Client retains ownership of its Data.

Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konabia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Konabia’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Term and Termination

The Agreement remains in force until terminated by either party.

The Client may cancel at any time through the dashboard. Access remains until the end of the billing period.

Konabia may terminate the Agreement for serious breach, non-payment, or legal violations, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

Upon termination, Data may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

Miscellaneous

Governing Law: Spanish law.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Almería, Spain.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policies, constitute the entire agreement.
